Overview
The Professional Services Consultant role will work on a team that collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver automation technology solutions for our customers. These projects help our clients ensure process accuracy, reduce cycle times, and improve staff and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform discovery sessions with customers, uncovering need and designing solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain process automation solutions in a Microsoft Windows development environment via application toolkits using .NET, C#, or JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement client solutions.
- Apply design patterns to enhance code quality and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Develop, test, and maintain integrations with customer systems of record.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in .NET, C#, or JavaScript.
- Exposure to design patterns and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be willing to obtain a moderate-risk or high-risk Public Trust clearance (We support you with this process.)
- Ability to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax) TotalAgility exposure.
- Cloud Services (Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services).
- Experience with SQL Server/Databases.
- Understanding of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technologies.
- Understanding of process automation techniques.
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and concepts.
Location:
- Genus Technologies is located in downtown Minneapolis, MN. This role is in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
