ServiceNow Practice Director

Overview

Genus Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Practice Director to lead and scale our ServiceNow Practice. This senior leadership role owns practice strategy, financial performance, ecosystem leadership, and business development, while ensuring high-quality delivery and strong customer outcomes. 

This role is best suited for someone with deep fluency in the ServiceNow ecosystem—including field sales teams, partners, ISVs, and platform capabilities—who can convert that knowledge into revenue growth, differentiated offerings, and long-term partnerships. A key focus of the role is expanding Genus’ ServiceNow footprint in Source-to-Pay and Financial Process Automation (FPA), aligned to our broader automation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Practice Leadership

    • Own overall ServiceNow Practice performance, including strategy, execution, and financial results

    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, architects, and practice leadership

    • Set priorities, establish expectations, and drive consistent execution across the practice

    • Partner with executive leadership on practice planning, investment decisions, and growth initiatives

    • Collaborate with other Practice Directors to align offerings across Genus 

  • ServiceNow Ecosystem & Partner Leadership

    • Serve as Genus’ primary leader and representative within the ServiceNow ecosystem

    • Build and expand strategic relationships with ServiceNow, global and regional partners, and ISVs

    • Identify and onboard new partners that strengthen Genus’ ServiceNow offerings\

    • Represent Genus at ServiceNow conferences and partner events 

  • Business Development & Revenue Growth

    • Own practice-level P&L

    • Work closely with Sales on go-to-market strategy, pipeline development, and deal support aligned to practice growth targets

    • Play an active role in partner-led and co-selling motions

    • Oversee the development of SOWs, pricing models, and packaged service offerings

  • Solutions & Thought Leadership 

    • Define and evolve market-ready ServiceNow solutions with emphasis on Source-to-Pay and FPA 

    • Stay current on ServiceNow capabilities and roadmap 

    • Act as a senior solution authority and trusted advisor 

  • Delivery Quality & Customer Success 

    • Ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction 

    • Serve as an escalation point for delivery or client issues 


Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in a professional services role and/or organization

  • 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow

  • Proven success in the ServiceNow partner ecosystem

  • Ability to travel nationally for conferences, customer visits, etc.

  • Experience supporting the sale of complex business solutions or professional services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior ServiceNow practice or channel leadership experience

  • ServiceNow certifications

  • Domain experience in Source-to-Pay and FPA

Location:

  • Genus Technologies is located in downtown Minneapolis, MN. This role is in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. 

Estimate Pay Range:

  • $140,000 – $180,000 base salary is the estimated range for this role, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual base compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.

This role is also eligible for additional variable compensation tied to practice performance, growth objectives, and services revenue contribution. Variable compensation is a meaningful component of total compensation for this role.
